In this article you will find the original idea of ​​serving a delicious, tender salad called “At the bottom of the sea” - with cod liver and funny “octopuses” baked from puff pastry. The salad itself is easy to prepare, you will have to tinker only with octopus figures, but a step-by-step instruction with the attached photos will help you cope.

Step cooking

  1. Onion weighing 35 g, cut into small cubes and pour into a bowl.

  2. Pour 100 ml of water into the onion.
    Add water, vinegar, salt and sugar to the onion.
  3. Add 2 tbsp. l vinegar. Pour 1 tbsp. l sugar, mix well.
    Stir the onion in the marinade.
  4. Place the finished puff pastry weighing 500 g between two layers of cling film and roll out a rolling pin to a thickness of 3-4 mm.

  16. We cut 140 g of cod liver into small pieces.
