Step cooking
- First you need to boil 4 hard boiled eggs. Pour into a pan about 600 ml of water and bring it to a boil. Put eggs in boiling water with a tablespoon. Cook for at least 10 minutes. Next, lay the eggs in a bowl of cold water until completely or partially cooled. So it will be easier to peel them.
- We also need to boil 4 medium-sized potatoes. To do this, pour water into the pan so that it completely covers the potatoes. Add some salt if desired. Cook until tender. You can check the potato's readiness with a match or a wooden skewer: if the potato is easily pierced, then it can be removed from the water. Ready potatoes can also be dipped in cold water to make it easier to peel it off.
- Then cut into small cubes 2 fresh medium-sized cucumbers. It is advisable to use young cucumbers, which do not need to peel. Sliced cucumbers are sent to a deep container, in which further we will knead the salad.
- Next, we cut 200 g of crab sticks and also send them to a container for cucumbers.
- We clean the boiled potatoes and also first cut into cubes, and then mix with the rest of the ingredients.
- Cut 200 g of young white cabbage. You can do this with an ordinary knife, or use a special shredder.
- We clear the eggshells, cut them into small cubes and send them to a common container. For convenience, you can use the egg cutter.
- After we cut all the main ingredients, open the canned corn, drain the liquid from it and pour it into the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly and season with mayonnaise. If necessary, salt. Please note that if you do not plan to immediately serve the whole salad, you can season it with mayonnaise. So it can be stored longer without loss of taste. Decorate the finished salad with sprigs of greenery and serve. Enjoy your meal.
