Step cooking
Prepare the products
- We clear half of the Yalta onion from the husk and cut into thin half rings.
- We cut the small bell pepper in half, and then remove the seeds, the stalk, and cut the white flesh. Cut the vegetable into thin strips, the length of which does not exceed 2-2.5 cm. We put both ingredients in a small deep container and spray 40 ml of balsamic vinegar. Instead of vinegar, you can use a mixture consisting of 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of liquid honey.
- Stir the vegetables well, and then set them aside to pickle. Meanwhile, in a deep bowl for kneading lettuce, lay out 200 g of boiled beans.
- We clean, wash and finely chop two green onions, and then we send the greens to the beans.
- We cut one fresh cucumber into thin circles, and then chop them into strips.
- Similarly, we cut four medium-sized radishes. Radishes can be replaced with celery or daikon.
- 4-5 sprigs of dill are finely chopped with a sharp knife, and then sent to a bowl with the rest of the products.
- The last cut into strips 50 g of smoked sausage and add it to the beans.
Prepare a dressing
Pour 40 ml of olive oil into a bowl of pickled onions and sweet pepper. There we add 20 g of mustard seeds and the desired amount of ground black pepper. Stir the dressing well and send it into a bowl for chopped vegetables, beans and sausage.
The final stage
- Thoroughly mix all the components of the salad, trying to evenly distribute them among themselves. We measure out 30-50 g of peeled walnuts, then break them into small pieces with our hands and send them to the salad. Instead of walnuts, you can use peanuts, almonds, cashews and any other kind of nuts.
- At this stage, try the salad on the salt, and if necessary add the right amount. Instead of salt, you can add soy sauce, then the salad will acquire an amazing aroma. Again, stir everything thoroughly, and then set the salad aside, allowing it to brew for 10-15 minutes. During this time, all the ingredients are well saturated with dressing. Before serving directly, lettuce mix again, then transfer to a salad bowl and serve.
