Step cooking
Salad number 1
- On a fine grater we rub 1.5 beets and send it to a deep bowl. Fine grater is needed here for more juice.
- Peel 1-3 cloves of garlic. Its amount is adjustable to your liking. Pass the garlic through a press and send it to a bowl with beets.
- To taste, add salt and ground black pepper for a light piquancy. We also send here 1 tbsp. l mayonnaise.
- All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed so that they are well connected together. The salad should get an attractive pinkish color. We cover the container with the dish with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to insist.
- After this time, we serve the salad to the table and decorate it with fresh herbs.
Salad number 2
- We wash 50 g of prunes and pour boiling water over it for 10 minutes to swell.
- We peel 50 g of walnuts from shells and partitions and grind them into pieces that are convenient in size in any way.
- The remaining 1.5 beets are rubbed on a coarse grater and put in another container.
- When the prunes swell, drain the water from it and cut the product into small pieces to make it easier to chew.
- We send walnuts and prunes to a container for beets. Add a little salt and ground pepper, as well as 1 tbsp. l lemon juice, preferably freshly squeezed. Lemon juice, if desired, can be replaced with wine, apple or table 6% vinegar.
- For a richer taste and aroma, add 1 tbsp to the salad. l olive oil.
- Now it remains only to mix the salad and serve it to the table, garnishing with whole pieces of nuts and herbs.
