It must be washed, remove the seeds and the stalk and chop finely. Fans of spicy foods are advised to add a whole chili pepper. For those who prefer less spicy food, it will be enough to use half or ⅓ of it. But remember that this salad belongs to Korean cuisine. - In a deep bowl, mix all the prepared ingredients. We season the salad with coriander and other spices at your discretion. In a pan, heat 30 ml of vegetable oil and pour the hot oil into the salad. Add 10 ml of sesame oil here, mix everything, let the salad warm. Sprinkle with coriander seeds and sesame seeds. The salad is ready, we can serve it to the table.
