- We put 3 chicken eggs in a liter pan, pour 0.5-0.7 liters of water, put on a large fire and wait for the water to boil.
- After the water boils, reduce the fire and leave the eggs to boil for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, turn off the fire, carefully pour out the water from the pan, fill the eggs with 1 liter of cold water and leave them to cool.
- We wash 3 bundles of fresh spinach under cold running water and dry them.
Salad number 1
- We take 200 g of mozzarella cheese, cut it into small cubes and pour into a deep container.
- We take 2 bunches of washed spinach, separate the leaves from the stems, tear them into strips up to 2 cm wide with our hands and add to the cheese cubes.
- Remove the shell from the eggs, cut them into cubes and send them into a deep container.
- Water the salad 1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice, sprinkle with 1 pinch of ground black pepper, 0.5 tsp. salt, add 3-4 tbsp. l sour cream and mix everything thoroughly. We leave the salad for 15 minutes so that it is infused, after which we spread it on the dinner plate to the main dish and serve it on the table.
Salad number 2
- We spread 50 g of walnuts on a dry surface of the pan and fry them on a small fire, do not forget to stir regularly for 10-15 minutes. After 10-15 we turn off the fire, cool the nuts a little, remove the skin from them and grind it into pieces with a knife.
- In the bowl we pour 2 tbsp. l sunflower oil, 2 tbsp. l soy sauce, 3 tsp. lemon juice, add 1 pinch of black pepper, 0.5 tsp. salt, 2 cloves of garlic, passed through a press, and mix everything with a tablespoon.
- We take 1 bunch of spinach, separate the leaves from the stems, manually tear them into small pieces up to 2 cm wide, send them into a deep container and add pieces of walnuts. Pour salad dressing, mix it, let stand for 5 minutes, then put it on the dinner plate to the main dish and serve.
Important!To choose a good spinach for salad, you should pay attention to the leaves. In a young plant, they will emit a crunch if they break the tip of the leaf. Yellow and black spots should not be present on the surface of plants, and the color of young spinach can easily be distinguished by brightness. The stems of a good bunch will be thin, and the aroma of leaves is saturated.
