Step cooking
Prepare a dressing
- First, finely chop 50 g of dill. In this recipe, it is completely allowed to use absolutely any greens: parsley, cilantro, green onions and so on. We send chopped greens to a bowl in which we will mix the ingredients for dressing.
- Pour 50 ml of table vinegar and 50 ml of olive or refined sunflower oil there.
- We mix the components and add 20 g of coarse rock salt and 50 g of granulated sugar.
- We peel 2 large cloves of garlic from the husk, and then finely chop them with a knife or pass through a garlic squeezer.
- Send chopped garlic in a bowl to the rest of the products.
- Thoroughly stir the ingredients of the dressing, after which we allow it to infuse while we are engaged in cucumbers.
Make a salad
- We carefully wash fresh elastic cucumbers in the amount of 1 kg with running cold water, and then wipe the vegetables dry with paper towels. We cut off the unnecessary parts and cut the fruits into thin rings, the thickness of which is not more than 3 mm.
- Sliced cucumbers are sent to the marinade and stir the mass well.
- We shift the cooked cucumber salad into a sudochka. Pour the brine remaining in the bowl over the cucumbers and tightly close the pans with a lid.
- We send the salad to the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. After the specified time, we serve refreshments on the table.
