Step cooking
- Free the chicken liver (500 g) from the veins and cut into small pieces.
- Peel the onion and finely chop.
- In a pan, heat a little vegetable oil. Put the onion in the butter and fry it lightly.
- Then add the liver to the onion and fry until cooked. During frying, salt and pepper to taste to salt. When the liver is completely ready - remove the pan from the fire and wait for the contents to cool.
- 200 g boiled carrots cut into thin strips.
- We also cut 200 g of pickled cucumbers into thin strips.
- We make pancakes from 3 eggs. Beat each egg with a whisk separately - from 1 tbsp. l water, pepper and salt to taste.
- Pour the beaten egg into a pancake pan greased with vegetable oil and fry on both sides until golden. So bake 3 pancakes. Let them cool.
- Pancakes cut into small strips.
- We spread the liver, pancakes, carrots, cucumbers in a bowl, mix. Dress salad with mayonnaise.
Useful Tips
- For special occasions, such a salad can be laid out in layers, sprinkled with grated cheese and beautifully decorated.
- Carrots can not be boiled, but fried with onions.
- In such a salad, greens - dill, parsley and lettuce will not hurt.
- Another spicy version of this salad - instead of boiled carrots, use hot Korean carrots.
