Ingredients
- Cabbage - 1 kg
- Carrots - 200 g
- Onions - 200 g

- Vinegar - 70 ml
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Step cooking
- First, prepare the salad fill. Pour 70 grams of sugar, 50 grams of vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of salt without a hill and 70 milliliters of 9% vinegar into a separate plate. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients until smooth with a teaspoon.
- We take 1 kilogram of fresh cabbage and chop it with a sharp knife on a cutting board. Pour into the pan.
- Next, take an average carrot weighing 200 grams, peel it and rub it on a large kitchen grater. Add to the cabbage.
- Take 200 grams of onion, peel it and cut into half rings. Add to the pan to the rest of the vegetables.
- Now we take 200 grams of fresh Bulgarian pepper, rinse it under running water, clear of the stalk and seeds. Cut into strips and also add to the vegetables.
- Add the fill to the salad and mix thoroughly. You do not need to crush cabbage so that it does not give juice.
- The salad is ready to eat immediately, but it is better to let it brew for 10-12 hours in the refrigerator. Thus, he will have a more pronounced and interesting taste.
- Ready salad can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 month by adding 50 milliliters of vegetable oil. Enjoy your meal!
