Small cucumbers 3-4 pcs.
Beijing cabbage, leaves (small) 3 pcs.
Celery, petiole 1 PC.
Chives (small onion) 1 bunch (1 pc.)
Canned green peas 1 stack
Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp. l
Salt taste
Ground black pepper taste

Step cooking

  1. Boil 3 eggs for 7-10 minutes, dip in cold water for several minutes, remove, let cool.
    Boil hard-boiled eggs.
  2. The contents of 1 can of squid canned in its own juice should be removed from the liquid and finely chopped into cubes.

  3. Peel the eggs and cut into small cubes.
    We chop the eggs in a cube and add to the squid.
  4. Also cut 3-4 cucumbers, 3 small leaves of Beijing cabbage, 1 celery stalk and 1 bunch of green onions. Celery in this recipe is an optional ingredient, you can not put it in a salad. If there is no green onion, then you can take ordinary onion. To remove excess bitterness, chopped onion into cubes, pour boiling water and leave for 10-15 minutes, then throw in a colander.
    We chop the Beijing cabbage, celery, green onions.
  5. Put all the chopped ingredients in a salad bowl, add 1 cup canned green peas, strained from the liquid, salt, pepper to taste and season 3-4 tbsp. l mayonnaise. Salt needs to be added a little, because peas, squids and mayonnaise are already salted.
