Step cooking
- Thaw 1 kg of squid in advance at room temperature. If you have unpeeled seafood, be sure to peel them off. To make this process simpler and easier, boil water in the kettle and pour the squids so that the water completely covers them. Leave the squid in boiled water for several minutes, then drain the liquid. Thus, the film will curl up and you can easily remove it. Also remove the chord inside the carcasses.
- Usually squid should be boiled for salad. But, in order to simplify this point and not digest seafood, because of which they can become "rubber", pour squid with boiling water and leave for several minutes. Then drain the used water and for the third time pour the squid with boiling water for several minutes. Eventually. they will be very soft, delicate and fully cooked.
- In a pan, boil 4-5 chicken eggs for 9-10 minutes after boiling, cool completely under running water, then peel them and cut into small cubes.
- Prepared squid, cut into rings first, then straws.
- Peel one large fresh cucumber and cut into cubes as well. Optionally, you can cut all the ingredients into strips.
- Place all chopped foods in a deep bowl, then salt and pepper with black ground pepper to taste.
- Season the salad with mayonnaise, about 4-5 tbsp. l., and mix well. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream. Transfer the finished salad to a serving dish. You can decorate the salad with a sprig of greens to your taste, as well as lay out squid rings, set aside in advance, on the edges of the dish.
