Vegetable oil | 1 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
- Dice the zucchini. Cut the tomatoes into strips. Cut the pepper into strips. Chop the garlic finely.
- We put the tomatoes in a pan, put on the stove. Add sugar, salt and warm, stirring.
- When the juice boils, cook the tomatoes for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour zucchini, add pepper.
- Pour in vegetable oil and mix.
- After everything boils, cook another 30 minutes.
- Add garlic 15 minutes before cooked.
- Pour vinegar a couple of minutes before cooking and cover with a lid.
- Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
- We send the finished salad to sterilized jars, close the lids.
- Turn the cans upside down, wrap and leave to cool.
Cooking variations
In order to make such a salad of zucchini according to a simple recipe, you will not need anything special - just a few simple ingredients and this instruction. In addition to what is in the recipe, you can add any vegetables to your liking. For example, if you want the salad to be spicy, add one hot chili pepper to the recipe, cut into small pieces. You can also add peppercorns and bay leaves.
If you want the salad to be more tender, add tomato paste. To make the salad more saturated to taste, add spices. Ground spices include ground coriander, saffron, dried herbs or suneli hops.
