Step cooking
Cauliflower Boiling
- Rinse one small cauliflower (approximately 700 grams) and divide into inflorescences.
- In the pan, draw water, put on fire and bring to a boil.
- When the water boils, add a teaspoon of salt into it and put the cabbage.
- Cook the cauliflower until cooked. About 10-15 minutes after the water with the cabbage boils. After this time, remove the cabbage from the pan and transfer to a plate. Leave it to cool completely.
Cooking salad
- Rinse two tomatoes under running water and dry. First cut the tomatoes in half, removing the core. Then into quarters, then grind them with quarter rings. Put chopped tomatoes in a bowl.
- Grate 3 cloves of garlic on a fine grater. Send it to the tomatoes. Adjust the amount of garlic according to your taste preferences.
- Grind 75-80 grams of cheese on a coarse grater. Add to bowl.
- Large inflorescences of boiled cauliflower cut into smaller ones. Add the cabbage to the salad bowl.
- Salt the salad, add black pepper and other your favorite salad spices to taste.
- Season the salad with mayonnaise. The dietary option for dressing is Greek yogurt or sour cream with herbs. The dish is ready. Enjoy your meal!
Did you know? Please note that if you are not going to serve the whole salad on the table at once, it is better not to fill the whole bowl at once, but only the quantity you need. This will keep the food fresh for a longer period, as well as use different dressings for different portions of salad.
