Vinegar 9% | 3 tbsp. l |
Water | 80 ml |
Vegetable oil | 2 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
- Wash cut 3 eggplants into thin cubes. Salt the chopped eggplant to taste, leave for 30 minutes to leave the bitterness.
- Peel 3 onion heads and cut into thin half rings.
- Pour the onion into an empty bowl, add 1 tsp. sugar, 0.5 tsp salt and 3 tbsp. l vinegar 9%.
- Boil 80 ml of water, pour boiling water in a bowl with onions. Stir and let marinate for 20 minutes.
- Pour in a pan 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil, wait for warming up and send there the previously sliced eggplant. Fry for 5-7 until cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer the fried eggplant to a paper towel to remove excess fat. Let them cool slightly. Cook 3 chicken eggs and cut them into strips.
- Pour cooled eggplant, chopped eggs and pickled onions into a bowl (first drain the liquid from the onion).
- Add 3 tbsp to the salad. l mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, mix the salad.
- Put the salad in the refrigerator for 20-25 minutes to insist.
Salad Ideas
- Serve with a cooking ring. Put the cooking ring on the plate in which you plan to serve the salad. Fill the ring with salad, ram it with a spoon and lift the ring. You can decorate the salad with greens on top.
- Serve on bread. Cut the bread into thick slices. Take out almost the entire middle of each slice of bread, leaving only a thin bottom, put the salad there.
- Serve in a glass. Fill glasses with salad. The glass can be decorated with greens, half a boiled quail egg, shrimp or any other element.
- Serve in pita bread. Pita bread can be filled with salad, gently twist it and cut into small pieces.
- Serve in cabbage leaves. Separate and wash the medium-sized cabbage leaves, fill them with salad.
Did you know? If you don’t have a cooking ring, you can make it by cutting a plastic bottle on both sides. You can fill it with salad, pick it up and in this way your salad will keep its shape.
