Ingredients
- apples - 4 pcs.
- walnuts - 40 g
- honey - 20 g
- granulated sugar - 40 g
- butter - 20 g
- lemon juice - 10 ml
Step cooking
- First, prepare the filling. To do this, grind 40 g of walnuts in any way convenient for you. Any other nuts may be used.
- We spread the nut mass in a deep bowl and add to them 40 g of granulated sugar, 20 g of liquid honey.
- Thoroughly stir the components of the filling to obtain a homogeneous consistency.
- Rinse four medium apples thoroughly with running cold water, then wipe dry with paper towels. It is best to opt for sour apples, as the filling is quite sweet: the combination of sour and sweet notes will give the product a special interesting taste. Using a special device, remove the core of the fruit.
- Cut a small piece from the extracted core, and then make a cork for it out of it.
- With a sharp knife in a circle we make a shallow incision on the skin of apples.
- Inside each fruit, squeeze a few drops of lemon juice.
- To the top we fill the hole with the cooked honey-nut filling.
- On top of the filling, spread 5 g of butter.
- We grease a baking sheet with oil, and then we place stuffed apples on it.
- We heat the oven to a temperature of 180-200 ° С. We send apples to a red-hot oven and bake them for 30-40 minutes.
- We take the finished baked fruits from the oven, then let them cool.
- We shift the treat to the dish and serve it for dessert.
