Ingredients
- Rice - 200 g
- Squash caviar - 300 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - 40 g
- Garlic - 1 head
- Salt to taste
Step cooking
- Rinse thoroughly with 200 grams of white rice. Pour 40 grams of vegetable oil into the pan and put the washed rice.
- We clean, wash and cut into two parts one onion. Put it in the pan with cuts down. Fry until rice becomes transparent.
- Pour 400 grams of hot water into the pan and take out the onion.
- Add 300 grams of squash caviar and mix.
- Rinse one head of garlic and put in the center of the rice.
- Cover and simmer until rice is cooked.
- We take out the garlic from the finished rice, add salt to taste and serve.

- This dish is rather unusual, but it is basic. Therefore, you can add the desired ingredients to it. For example, if you want rice to stay lean, then safely add various vegetables to it: peas, carrots, corn, bell peppers and tomatoes.
- Also, rice is very fond of spices. In this case, use ground peppers, suneli hops, basil, Italian and Provencal herbs. Pay special attention to the presence of salt in the seasonings that you add, so that in the end you do not get an salted dish.
