Step cooking
- In a glass we put 4 tablespoons of malt, pour 80 ml of boiling water. Mix everything well and cool to room temperature.
- We take a bread baking dish and insert a spatula there for mixing rye bread.
- We load 225 grams of sifted wheat flour into a bread baking dish, then 325 grams of rye sifted flour, slightly level and surely wipe all sides of the bowl.
- Add 1.5 teaspoons of salt.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil and previously prepared rye malt.
- Add 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of ground coriander.
- We pour 330 milliliters of water and with light shaking movements distribute water throughout the tank.
- Put the baking dish with all the ingredients in the bread machine until it clicks, close it.
- Pour 2 teaspoons of dry yeast into the spencer, close.
- We choose baked custard in the menu, it will take 3 hours and 30 minutes in time. Click start.
- After the selected time, press the Stop button and take out the finished bread from the bread maker.
- We pull out the neatly prepared bread from the mold using a thin towel.
- Wait until the finished bread has cooled, after which it can be cut. Enjoy your meal!
