Step cooking
- Sift the rye and wheat flour, combine in one bowl.
- Add 1.5 teaspoons of salt and as much sugar.
- Add 2 teaspoons of yeast without a slide.
- Mix well with hands or a whisk.
- Add warm water in portions. The water temperature should be approximately 30 degrees. Mix everything well. You can knead the dough with your hands.
- Add 20 grams of vegetable oil, mix it in the dough.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
- The dough will be a little sticky - that's fine. Leave it in a bowl, slightly taking it with your hands.
- We cover the dough with a film and put it in a warm place for 1.5 hours to make it come up.
- When the dough comes up, remove the film and gently knead the dough with your hands. Lubricate the working surface with vegetable oil and put our dough on it. Knead with his hands, forming a wide sausage.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts. Round each part with hands.
- We spread the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
- Cover with a film for 40 minutes to make the dough even stronger.
- When the dough increases in size, we make a few shallow cuts on each part.
- We put the dough in a cold oven and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. The bread is ready! It remains to cool it for 30 minutes, and you can serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal!
