  • Tomato - 2.5 L
  • Carrots - 1 kg
  • Onions - 1 kg
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 kg
  • Ketchup - 400 g
  • Salt - 2 tbsp. l
  • Sugar - 250 g
  • Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • Vinegar - 100 ml
  • Vegetable oil - 250 ml

Step cooking

  1. Place the tomato in the amount of 2.5 liters in a saucepan, put on fire and bring to a boil. We boil the tomato for 30 minutes, turn off the heat, let the tomato cool. pour the tomato into the pan
  2. In the meantime, cooked tomato, prepare vegetables for use. Fresh carrots in the amount of one kilogram are peeled, washed under the tap, removed to the side. Bell pepper in the volume of one kilogram of mine, remove the stalk, as well as the seeds inside, put so far to the side. Onions are peeled, with my cold water, removed to the side. We need one kilogram of onion. Salak in the amount of three kilograms of mine, cleaned from the insides, excess fractions, placed in a separate container, put so far. we clean and wash the necessary vegetables
  3. Add 400 grams of ketchup to the cooled tomato. We do this so that the tomato is saturated with spices from ketchup. Here you can use tomato sauce, for example, Krasnodar. We put the pan with the mixture on fire, bring to a boil, stir the ketchup well to make the mixture homogeneous. pour ketchup into the pan
  4. Onions cut into cubes, put in a blender bowl. Grind the onion. add ketchup to the tomato
  5. We put a saucepan with a capacity of up to 10 liters on fire, pour 250 ml of odorless vegetable oil there, heat it, add chopped onion, and pass for several minutes. tomim onion in a pan
  6. While the onion is preparing, we pass the carrots through a fine grater of a vegetable cutter, add to the onion, passer, and occasionally mix the ingredients with a kitchen spatula. add onions to carrots

Put the cans in a cold oven. At the bottom of the oven we put a baking sheet with water. We hold the cans for one hour at a temperature of 150 degrees. put the fish in banks
  12. The second half of canned fish is left in a saucepan over very low heat to cook for three hours. add all the fish back to the pan
  13. An hour later, we return to the oven. Reduce the temperature in it to 110 degrees, leave the canned food to cook in banks for another three hours. send the cans to the oven
  14. After 2 hours and 50 minutes, we return to the pan - the second half of our workpiece.Add 50 ml of 9% vinegar to the pot with canned food and let the workpiece boil for another 10 minutes over low heat. pour vinegar into the pan

  16. We keep the canned food, which is cooked in the oven, for another hour. 10 minutes before the end of cooking we take them out of the oven and add one teaspoon of 9% vinegar to each jar.
