Cod fillet | 700 g |

Egg | 1 PC. |
White bread | 3 pieces |
Butter | 50 g |

Milk 2.5-3.2% | 200 g |

Step cooking
- We get the butter (50 g) from the refrigerator to soften. We clean and chop the onion into cubes, pass it in a pan. Cut three slices of bread, remove the crust from them, tear the pulp into pieces in one of the deep bowls. Pour bread 200 g of milk. Using a kitchen knife on a cutting board, cut 700 g of cod fillet into very small cubes. Put the fish in a second deep bowl.
- Add bread to the fish, squeezing milk out of it. We send the rest of the ingredients to the fish: sautéed onion, egg (1 pc.), Butter (50 g), salt (1 tsp. Without slide), ground pepper (to taste), squeeze 1 clove of garlic.
- Mix the minced meat thoroughly with your hands until smooth.
- Pour breadcrumbs into a deep plate. Hands and / or with the help of a tablespoon we form cutlets, dip them in breadcrumbs, put them on a cutting board.
- Well, heat the pan with vegetable oil.
- Fry the patties until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. on each side (the time depends on the type of stove, the selected pan, the size of the cutlets and the amount of oil).
- Put the patties on the dish, decorate with chopped lemon and herbs.
