Step cooking
- To prepare such a dietary dish, use 2 medium-sized potatoes, which are pre-washed and peeled. It is recommended to cut the potatoes into small cubes, as in this way the dish will cook faster. The potatoes are placed in a deep bowl. Red bell pepper is added to the potatoes, which are previously cut into strips.
- Pour half a large carrot, grated on a coarse grater, into a dish with vegetables. And also add 2-3 bay leaves.
- All vegetables season 1 tsp. mixtures of dried herbs. You can use any other seasoning that is suitable for fish and vegetables. Add half a teaspoon of sea salt. All the ingredients in the dish are mixed with a tablespoon. Vegetables are the bottom layer in a double boiler.
- The second layer consists of half a grated carrot, which is placed on the bottom of the double boiler. It is required so that the fish does not burn and is juicier.
- On top of the carrots, lay 900-1000 g of hake fillet, which is cut into small pieces of 5-7 cm. In the middle, it is recommended to leave a little space, which will allow the steam to come out.
- On top of the hake spread lemon sliced into slices. Then make a second layer of fish. Top with fish add 0.5 tsp. sea salt.
- A tomato is placed on top of the hake, which is cut in advance in semicircles. To taste, you can pepper the fish on top.
- Set in a double boiler a second layer of fish, close the lid and turn on for 35 minutes.
- After the dish has been prepared, the dish is served on the table. If desired, it is possible to add a little butter. It is also possible to add flavored oil with garlic, pepper and rosemary to improve the palatability of a dish.
