Lemon | 1 PC. |
Bay leaf | 2 pcs. |
Ground black pepper | 1 tsp |
Salt | 2 tsp |
Dill | taste |
Step cooking
- My mackerel, we remove the insides and extra fins, clean from scales. After pretreatment, we do not completely cut the fish into 3-4 parts (the ridge must be cut).
- Lightly mash lemon, cut in half and spray the fish both outside and inside.
- Sprinkle black pepper over the top, carefully rub into the inside of the fish. Sprinkle salt on the fish, also rub into the inside.
- Cut the tomatoes and onions into rings. We spread the fish on the foil, insert one ring of onion and tomato into the cuts.
- On top of the fish, as well as in its abdomen, we tear a small amount of dill and chop the bay leaf.
- Tightly wrap the fish in foil so that the juice does not flow into the bowl during baking.
- We cover the bottom of the multicooker bowl with parchment paper and put the fish on top of it. It is necessary to cover the bottom so that the foil does not damage the bowl when heated.
- Close the lid of the multicooker, select the “Baking” mode and bake for 30 minutes on one side, and then 20 minutes on the other.
- When ready, we take out the fish, unfold the foil and transfer to a plate to serve the dish. Mackerel is ready! You can serve it to the table!
Feed variations
On a plate with fish, you can put fresh vegetables, such as tomato, salad, dill, cucumbers, etc. If desired, the finished fish can be cut into pieces and served not on one dish, but on portioned plates with any side dish to your taste . Also, a fish sauce, such as tartar, can be a great addition. Garnish portioned serving with finely chopped dill or parsley.
