Step cooking
- Rinse 250 grams of rice in cold water several times until it becomes clear. Drain the excess water and pour the rice into the pan. Measure out 230 ml of water and fill it with cereal. Simmer the rice for 15 minutes without raising the lid. You do not need to salt, as we will add soy sauce to the rice, which in itself is quite salty. Peel three onions, two carrots and two zucchini from the peel. Cut the onions in half rings or squares, grate the carrots, and cut the zucchini into small pieces about 3 × 2 cm in size.
- Pour the sunflower oil into the pan, put it on a large fire and let it warm. Send the onion there first, wait until it is browned until golden, and feel free to add the carrots. After three minutes, add the zucchini, make the fire quieter, leave to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, rinse the mushrooms thoroughly and cut them into quarters. Grind is not necessary. Add them to the pan, stir and fry without covering.
- Wash the greens: leek, dill and parsley, and chop finely. Add to the remaining vegetables in the pan. Shuffle again. Add a pinch of ground black pepper, half a teaspoon of salt and, if necessary, a little more oil. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes until cooked.
- Cut the fish fillet into portions about 10 × 10 cm in size. Next, sprinkle the fillet on both sides of the fish seasoning and evenly distribute it into pieces. Usually salt is included in these prepared seasonings. If it is not there, add the fish yourself.
- Grate 200 grams of cheese. Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Pour rice at the bottom of the mold. Add five tablespoons of soy sauce, mix and smooth the rice on the bottom. Put vegetables on top and even them with a spoon. Lay the fish slices in the next layer and sprinkle them with grated cheese. I advise you to top up the dish with any broth. Ten tablespoons will be enough. If not, use plain water.
- Send the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes until ready. Serve the dish hot, top decorate with greens if desired.
