Step cooking
- We put a non-stick frying pan with high sides on the stove, pour 40 grams of vegetable oil and wait until it heats up.
- Pour 200 grams of dry white rice into the hot oil.
- We peel one shallot or onion (in this case, the variety does not play an important role). Cut the onion with feathers or half rings. We wash one red bell pepper, peel the seeds and cut into strips.
- When the rice has turned a slightly golden color, pour 300 grams of pure water into the pan, add salt to taste and cover with a lid. Leave to cook until the water evaporates. In a deep container, break two chicken eggs and separate the proteins from the yolks.
- In a separate deep bowl, mix 1 gram of baking powder and 200 grams of wheat flour.
- Add the yolks to the flour and mix well.
- Then pour 70 grams of milk and mix the future batter for fish again.
- Whisk the whisk with the whisk, add them to the batter, slightly add it and mix again.
- We cut into small pieces 300 grams of cod fillet. Be sure to check the fish for bones.
- We put on a stove a clean non-stick pan, pour 100 grams of vegetable oil.
- Each piece of fish is thoroughly dipped in batter and sent to a hot vegetable oil. Fry until cooked and spread on dry napkins to remove excess oil.
- Put the non-stick pan on the stove again and pour 10 grams of vegetable oil. Spread chopped onion and bell pepper and fry until golden brown.
- Then we add ready-made rice and 40 grams of soy sauce to the vegetables.
- Add black ground pepper to taste and lightly fry all the ingredients. Serve portions with a combination of rice and pieces of cod, and serve. You can also decorate the finished dish with chopped feathers of fresh green onions.
