Step cooking
- Take 700 g of medium-sized young potatoes and wash them thoroughly under running water. Peeling young potatoes is not necessary. If the potatoes are small, you don’t need to cut them; if the potatoes are large, cut them into small, approximately identical pieces.
- Peel one large carrot and cut it into circles.
- Peel one medium onion and cut into small cubes. Sliced onions send to the carrots.
- Take 200-250 g of small tomatoes and cut each of them in half, also remove the tails. The smaller the tomatoes, the better. If you are using Cherry, you can don’t cut them at all. Also, if desired, you can take two small bell peppers, cut them into cubes and add to the rest of the vegetables. But this ingredient is optional. You can add other vegetables to the recipe according to your taste preferences.
- Pour potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, onions and other vegetables into a large, deep bowl. Salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly. Add your favorite condiments if desired.
- Add about 3-4 tbsp to the vegetables. l vegetable oil and mix again.
- Take two hake carcasses, peel them off the bones and cut into medium-sized pieces. Another fish of your choice is also suitable for this recipe. Salt and pepper the fish to taste, add spices and mix.
- Add a few tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix again so that all the pieces are evenly soaked.
- Place vegetables evenly on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Put fish slices on top of vegetables.
- Cover the mold with foil, bending it tightly over the edges of the mold. Send fish and vegetables to be baked in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 45 minutes. About 20 minutes before being ready, remove the mold from the oven, remove the foil from it and send the dish back to the oven.
- Remove the finished fish and vegetables from the oven, put in a deep plate and decorate the top with sprigs of greens - dill and parsley. You can also use chopped leeks for decoration.
