Low-fat fish fillet (pollock, hake) | 3-4 pcs. |
Mayonnaise | 2 tbsp. l (with a slide) |
Green pea | 100 g (3-4 tbsp. L.) |

Black pepper | 1-1.5 tsp |

Step cooking
Preparing the filling
- Grate 150 grams of hard cheese and one large carrot on a medium grater. Cut the onion into small cubes.
- Rinse one bell pepper, cut the core, peel inside and chop it finely.
- Mix in a deep bowl carrots, onions, 100 grams of canned green peas, cheese, pepper. Add approximately 1.5 teaspoons of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Add to these ingredients 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise with a slide. Having mixed everything, the fur coat filling is ready!
Roasting stage
- Divide 3-4 fillets into portions. If it turned out to be too watery, you can slightly squeeze it out with your hands.
- Cover the pan with parchment paper and put the prepared pieces of the dish at a distance of 2-3 cm from each other. If necessary, you can add salt and pepper to your taste.
- On each portion piece, lay out the previously prepared fur coat without sparing. Each piece should be completely covered with filling.
- It is necessary to preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and send a baking sheet into it for 30 minutes. A tender fish under a fur coat is ready!
Decoration methods and serving options
After complete cooling, you can serve with any side dish, or eat as an independent dish. Pollock will go well with rice, buckwheat and mashed potatoes. And the juice obtained from the "boats" can be used as a delicious gravy. Cheese gives a golden crust, vegetables - juiciness, and the fillet turned out to be tender and soft due to the combination of all these ingredients. This yummy can even be offered to guests at the festive table, because the dish is really attractive, mouth-watering and insanely tasty. Sprinkle with finely chopped greens, for example, dill, parsley and green onions, and then boldly set it on the table.
