Ingredients
cod fillet | 500 g |

breadcrumbs | 40 g |
lemon juice | 1.5 pcs |
olive oil | 50 ml |
dill and parsley | taste |
salt | taste |

Step cooking
- First of all, set the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Take 500 g of cod fillet. Wash it, pat it with a paper towel and cut it into about 7 rectangular-sized pieces of equal size.
- Then wash the lemon, cut it in half and squeeze the juice from one half into a deep bowl. Put the cut fillet on a cutting board and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Then pour each part of the fillet with lemon juice. Turn the pieces on the other side and do the same: salt, pepper, pour lemon juice.
- Take 3 medium-sized tomatoes, wash them and cut into small cubes. Fold in a deep container larger in size. I also wash another tomato, cut it and put it into a smaller container.
- Take 2 cloves of garlic and rub it on a fine grater or chop with a knife.
- Shredded garlic is distributed in two containers with tomatoes. We put most of it in a bowl with three tomatoes, and a smaller one with one.
- Wash parsley and dill, free from coarse stems and cut as finely as possible.
- Sliced greens are distributed in toes with tomatoes and garlic also parts.
- Then pour 50 ml of olive oil evenly into containers with tomatoes.
- The resulting mixture of tomatoes, garlic and herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
- In a smaller bowl, add 100 g of sautéed tomatoes and 40 g of breadcrumbs. Mix.
- We take a glass container for baking or a baking sheet with a deep bottom and spread the contents of a large toe into it, after mixing it. Evenly distribute the vegetable mixture along the bottom of the form.
- On top of the tomato mixture, spread the cod fillet. Try to lay the fish so that after baking it is convenient for you to cut the dish into pieces without damaging the fillet.
- On the fillet, spread the tomato mixture from a small bowl. Also distribute evenly. The layer should be flat. This mixture will serve as a crust for the finished dish.
- We put the dish in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
Fish can be served both hot and cold. You can decorate with greens and lemon slices.
