Ingredients
- Keta - 3 steaks
- Potato - 600 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Lemon - ½ pcs.
- Grated cheese - 50 g
- Salt to taste
- Seasoning for fish - to taste
- Vegetable oil - to taste
Step cooking
- Peel the potatoes and cut into thin strips. Onion cut into half rings. We wash the fish.
- Mix potatoes with onions, salt and mix.
- We make several “baskets” of foil with raised edges. We spread one steak on each piece of foil and lay the potatoes with onions nearby. Salt fish, pepper on both sides. Add seasoning for fish to taste. Water the fish on both sides with lemon juice and oil.
- We send to the oven, preheated to 250 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.
- We get and sprinkle potatoes with onion cheese. Sent in the oven for another 5-10 minutes. Done!
Cooking variations
You do not need anything special to cook chum salmon fish. Just simple ingredients and an hour in the kitchen - and the delicious dish is ready. It can be safely served to the festive table, if suddenly you do not know what to whip up when the guests are already heading to your home. And the most interesting thing is that with this dish you can make a wonderful table with interesting dishes and drinks.
To serve this fish to the table, use wide fish dishes and iceberg lettuce. Put the finished chum salmon with garnish on the leaves and sprinkle with herbs. For the fish, prepare a vegetable salad with cherry tomatoes, arugula, spinach, cucumbers and bell peppers. Season the salad with olive oil, garlic and herbs. Serve dry white wine to the fish - it is ideal for this fish. And for dessert, serve fruit and some airy cake or cake.
