- shank - 2 pcs.
- beer - 1.5 l
- garlic - 5 cloves

- cloves - 5 pcs.

- honey - 1 tbsp. l
- mustard - 1 tbsp. l
- soy sauce - 3 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- We take 2 shanks, clean them, rinse and pierce with a knife in several places.
- Cut 5 cloves of garlic into small pieces and insert them into the cuts on each knuckle.
- We shift the shanks into the pan, pour them 1.5 liters of beer and leave to marinate for at least 6 hours.
- Also in the pan we put 1 cut head of onion, 2 peeled carrots, 2 bay leaves, 1 dried hot pepper, 20 peas of black pepper, 2 anise stars, 5 cloves and 2 tbsp. l salt.
- Pour water into the pan until it completely covers the shanks, and cook them for about 2 hours over medium heat.
- In a stewpan, mix 1 tbsp. l mustard, 1 tbsp. l honey and 3 tbsp. l soy sauce.
- We send the stewpan to a small fire and heat the sauce until all the ingredients are combined into a homogeneous mass.
- We take the shanks out of the pan, shift them into a baking dish and coat them with prepared glaze.
- We send the form to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 45 minutes.
Baked shank in the oven is a fairly simple version of a hearty meat lunch or dinner. This dish has an incredible aroma and a very unusual taste due to the combination of various spices.
