Step cooking
- Pre boil 2 eggs. Rub the eggs on a fine grater. We also rub 2 cream cheese.
- Finely chop a bunch of dill, add to the eggs and cheese.
- Squeeze here through the garlic to 2 cloves of garlic.
- Add mayonnaise - so much so that the mass turns out pasty. Mix well.
- To taste, add salt and black pepper.
- Crab sticks - 200 g (10 pieces) must be completely thawed. We deploy each one very carefully.
- We spread the expanded stick with a thick layer of filling.
- Gently twist the stick, trying to do it tightly. So prepare all 10 sticks.
- After that, they should stand in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. With a sharp knife, chop sticks diagonally into portioned slices - and the snack is ready.
Useful Tips
- To prevent crab sticks from tearing when deployed, they can be dipped in boiling water for half a minute or placed in the microwave for several seconds.
- The fillings for such an elegant dish can be other: hard cheese or feta cheese, mushrooms (fried or canned), cod liver, cottage cheese, eggs, sprats, lettuce, nuts, shrimps, pastes, cucumbers, tomatoes, boiled rice. You can combine endlessly, the main thing is that the filling should be pasty so that you can easily roll the roll.
