Ingredients
- Zucchini - 7 pcs.
- Processed cheese - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 7 cloves
- Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. l

- Chicken fillet - 1.5 pcs.
- Basil - 1 sprig
- Hard cheese –100 g
- Paprika - 1 tbsp. l
- Boiled egg - 1 pc.
- Dill Greens - 1 bunch
Step cooking
Zucchini rolls with cream cheese and garlic
- Wash all vegetables and greens well, let dry. Cut 2 zucchini along thin slices 5-7 mm thick. Sliced zucchini lightly salt.
- We put the pan on the fire, pour the vegetable oil. On a heated frying pan, spread the zucchini for roasting.
- Fry zucchini on both sides, so that they become soft and well rolled.
- Spread the fried zucchini on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
- On a fine grater we rub the processed cheese.
- Finely chop the greens.
- Cut the tomatoes into small slices.
- Add garlic (2 cloves), greens and homemade mayonnaise to the cheese. Mix everything well.
- Slices of zucchini grease evenly with filling. We spread a slice of tomato on the filling and carefully turn it into a roll.
- Put the finished rolls on a plate and serve.
Zucchini rolls with chicken
- Prepare the chicken fillet. Cut into thin slices and salt.
- We spread the fillet plate on a cutting board, cover with cling film and beat off with a hammer.
- Pass the garlic (4 cloves) into the beaten fillet through a press, mix well and leave to marinate.
- Grate 50 g of cheese on a coarse grater.
- 3 zucchini cut along with thin plates 0.5 cm thick.
- Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and grease with vegetable oil. We spread the zucchini on a baking sheet in a checkerboard pattern. Salt, grease the top with vegetable oil.
- Sent to the oven for 5-7 minutes to make the squash soft.
- Paprika mix with salt, add water and stir until pasty.
- Take a piece of softened zucchini, put a piece of chicken on it. Top with a little pasta and basil slices. Sprinkle with a little grated cheese.
- Gently roll and roll on a skewer. Three rolls can be chopped on each skewer.
- We cover the baking sheet with baking paper, grease it with butter and lay out our rolls.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Put the finished rolls on a plate and serve.
Hard zucchini rolls with cheese, egg and garlic
- Cut 2 zucchini lengthwise into plates.
- Fry the zucchini until golden on both sides in a skillet with the addition of vegetable oil.
- Grate 50 g of cheese on a medium grater.
- Grate the boiled egg and add to the bowl to the cheese.
- Finely chop the dill and pour it into the egg and cheese.
- There we squeeze a clove of garlic through a press.
- Salt, add mayonnaise and mix well.
- Put the cheese mixture on each slice of zucchini and turn it into a roll.
