Step cooking
- For this roll we need 500 g puff yeast-free dough. You can cook it yourself, but it’s much easier and faster to buy ready-made and to unfreeze it beforehand. If you use purchased dough, be sure to pay attention to the manufacturer's recommendations on the packaging for defrosting the product indicated on the packaging and stick to them clearly.
- We put a frying pan on the stove and pour 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Then peel the medium-sized onion from the husk and cut into small cubes.
- Spread 300 g of minced meat in a deep bowl, add chopped onion to it. Salt and pepper to taste. You can use plain black ground pepper or a mixture of peppers. Also at this stage you can add your favorite spices to the minced meat.
- Mix everything thoroughly to evenly distribute the seasonings and onions inside the meat.
- Spread the prepared filling on a well-heated pan and fry, stirring occasionally.
- While the filling is fried, prepare the dough. Sprinkle a little flour on the table and spread the dough on it. Roll out into a small rectangle.
- Finely chop 1/2 bunch of parsley (you can also use dill) and add to the pan to the fried minced meat. Turn off the stove and mix gently.
- We lay the finished filling on the rolled dough and level it on its surface, leaving a gap of a few centimeters at the edges.
- Next, wrap the dough with the filling in the roll. We try to do everything very quickly, because the filling is very warm.
- We line the baking sheet with baking paper and spread the rolled roll on it. We carefully pinch the edges of the roll.
- Separate the yolk from the protein, shake it out and grease the roll surface with a silicone brush. If desired, you can use the whole egg, after having blotted it. So the roll will turn out more glossy.
- Sprinkle greased roll on top with sesame seeds.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the baking tray with the roll in a well-heated oven and bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
