Step cooking
- In a large bowl, beat 6 eggs. For convenience, you can use a mixer.
- After the foam has formed on the surface of the egg mixture, add 150 g of mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste to it. Optionally, you can also add other spices (turmeric, paprika, various seasonings). Whisk thoroughly.
- Pour 1 tbsp. l flour and mix. On a fine grater, rub semi-hard cheese (you can take hard) and mix well.
- Turn on the oven 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and coat with vegetable oil on top. This is done so that the omelet does not stick to the paper, and it can be easily removed from the pan.
- Mix the mixture again and pour it onto a baking sheet. Evenly distribute and put in a preheated oven. Omelet cooks quickly: 10-15 minutes.
- On a fine grater we rub 3 cream cheese.
- Finely chop the dill, chop 3 cloves of garlic. In the bowl we combine the processed cheese, dill, garlic. Mix everything. Add 100 g of mayonnaise to the mass, salt and pepper to taste. Once again, mix everything well.
- We take the omelet from the oven and let it cool (10 minutes).
- We spread the omelet on a sheet of parchment paper (it will be easier to form a roll). We spread the filling of processed cheese and greens on an omelet. Evenly distributed over the entire surface.
- After the filling has been distributed, we raise one edge of the omelet and begin to wrap it, as if making a tube. And so we wind up to the very end.
- We lay the roll on the parchment “seam” (the junction, there is still visible a strip of filling) down. Wrap it in parchment.
- We send the roll from the omelet to the refrigerator for an hour. After an hour, we take out the roll and, cutting off the uneven edges, carefully cut it into portioned pieces (about 2 cm thick).
Delicate, tasty and original appetizer is ready. It can be served at the festive table, as well as eat for breakfast, as a full meal.
