Ingredients
- Zucchini - 2 pcs.
- Fresh greens - 1 bunch
- Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
- Flour - 2-3 tbsp. l
- Minced Chicken - 300 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Hard cheese - 100 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
Step cooking
- To start, let's get down to the dough. We take 2 medium squash, wash them, peel and rub on a coarse grater. If the zucchini is young, then you do not need to peel them from the skin, if they are more ripe, then we must remove the seeds and clean the skin.
- Break 4 chicken eggs into a separate plate, salt and pepper to taste. Beat the whole mass gently with a whisk.
- Grated zucchini is slightly obsolete and sent to the finished egg mixture.
- We take 1 bunch of any greens (dill, parsley, green onions), finely chop it and send it to a plate for eggs and zucchini. Mix everything thoroughly with a kitchen spoon.
- We add 2-3 tablespoons of wheat flour of the first grade to the mixture and mix thoroughly again.
- We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it with vegetable oil on top and carefully distribute the egg mixture. If you have siliconized parchment paper, you do not need to lubricate it.
- We heat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees and send the baking sheet to bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let's move on to the preparation of the filling. Take 1 medium onion, peel it and cut into small cubes on a cutting board. We turn on the gas or electric stove, set the pan to warm up, pour a little sunflower oil and put the chopped onion for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
- Add 300 grams of minced chicken to the onion and, stirring constantly, fry until the minced meat is ready. Salt and pepper to taste. Turn off the fire and transfer the minced meat with onions to a separate plate to cool.
- Take 100 grams of hard or semi-hard cheese and rub it on a coarse grater. Add to the cooled meat and mix thoroughly with a kitchen spoon.
- The basis for the roll, together with the parchment, is transferred to the working surface and allowed to cool. On the cooled base, distribute the stuffing, leaving 4-5 centimeters at the edges.
- Gently roll the roll into a sausage shape using parchment, on which the base was baked.
- Then we again wrap it in the same parchment and send it to the preheated oven to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
- The roll is ready, you can serve it as an independent dish hot or already completely cooled. Enjoy your meal!
