Ingredients
- Chicken meat (thighs, breast) - 500 g
- Any hard cheese - 80 g
- Chicken Egg - 1 pc.
- Sour cream of any fat content - 80 g
- Leek (white part) - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Dill - 2 tbsp. l
- Canned corn - 4-5 tbsp. l
- Corn starch - 4 tbsp. l
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil - 3-4 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Rinse chicken meat (thighs or breast, 500 grams), dry, free from skin and bones and cut into thin strips first and then into small cubes, cutting the strips across. It is better to make the cubes small so that the cutlets are juicier and better fried.
- Salt and pepper the meat to taste and mix well.
- Beat in an egg (1 piece) and add sour cream of any fat content (80 grams).
- Finely chop the onion (white part) and add to the minced meat.
- Grate any hard cheese (80 grams) on a medium-sized grater and add it to the meat.
- Wash the dill, dry and chop very finely. Add chopped dill (2 tablespoons) to the minced meat. Peel the garlic (2 cloves) and pass through a press. Add garlic to a bowl. Canned corn (4-5 tablespoons) add to all ingredients and mix well and thoroughly.
- Add corn starch (4 tablespoons) to the cutlet mass and mix well again.
- Put the pan on the stove and pour vegetable oil (3-4 tablespoons) into it. Put the cutlet mass in the heated oil with a tablespoon (one tablespoon of the mass - one cutlet) and fry the patties on a fire less than medium on each side until golden brown. At the end of frying, you can cover the pan so that the patties are steamed.
- Remove the finished chopped cutlets with a spatula on a plate lined with a paper towel.
Chopped chicken meatballs with cheese are delicious both hot and cold. They can be served with any side dish: boiled potatoes, buckwheat, pasta or just with a vegetable salad.
