Frying cutlets
- The next day, you can start frying the cutlets. Remove the minced meat from the refrigerator and mix again.
- Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and warm it well.
- Put 1 tablespoon of minced meat in a hot skillet.
- Fry on both sides for 3 minutes until golden brown.
