- Prepare the ingredients and work surface.
- To begin with, well wash the thigh of a turkey, remove the skin and cut a bone with a knife. Then the thigh pulp is very thinly cut into plates, and then each plate into a small cube. The turkey breast is also suitable for this recipe, but then the cutlets will turn out to be rather dry. We chop the chopped meat into a deep bowl.
To facilitate the task of cutting meat, you can pass it through a meat grinder or grind it in a blender. But we recommend still chopping the thigh, cutlets are more juicy. - Pre-peeled medium-sized onions, cut as small as possible. We send onions to meat.
- Next, let's get cheese. Any hard cheese you like will suit. We cut it into a very small cube and transfer it to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
- Parsley and dill cut finely, shift to the minced meat. Greens give cutlets an incredible aroma, beautiful appearance and benefits. Also, chopped green onions or other spices, at your discretion, can be added to the patties.
- After that, salt, pepper minced to taste.
b - Add starch and dry chopped garlic. Dried garlic has a more pronounced flavor, but in this recipe you can use fresh garlic, the choice is yours.
- Then add 2 full tbsp. l mayonnaise.
- Mix thoroughly until smooth so that all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Drive 1 medium-sized egg, mix well again. Minced meat is ready.
Cooking cutlets
- We put the pan on medium heat, pour 2 - 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil and heat well. We pick up about 1 tbsp. l forcemeat, form a round cutlet and send to the pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- When the cutlets are fried and browned, cover the pan with a lid, reduce heat and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
- In order to save the cutlets from excess oil after frying, we transfer them to a paper towel. Serve to the table in a beautiful plate, decorated with greens. Chopped turkey cutlets according to a delicious recipe are ready.
