Ingredients
- crab sticks - 3 pcs.
- dill bunch
- hard cheese - 100 g
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Break 1 egg into a deep container and beat it with a whisk.
- Ready egg mixture is poured into a hot pan with the addition of 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
- Fry an egg pancake on both sides.
- By analogy, we act with the remaining 2 eggs.
- On a coarse grater we rub 100 g of hard cheese.
- Put in a culinary bag 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise.
- We take 3 crab sticks and carefully unwrap each of them.
- On an egg pancake we put a detailed crab stick, which we sprinkle with hard cheese.
- Grease all with mayonnaise and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
- We twist everything tightly into a roll.
- We cut each roll into portioned rolls and serve a snack on the table.
The finished dish is very tender and tasty. It will be an excellent snack option, which can be served on both everyday and holiday table.
