Ingredients
- Nori leaves - 1 pc.

- Sushi rice - 200 g

- Lemon acidified water - 200 ml
- Philadelphia Cheese - 50 g
- Rice vinegar - 1.5 tbsp. l

Step cooking
- To make a Philadelphia roll, we need special rice for sushi and rolls. If necessary, you can take ordinary round rice, but of very high quality. We wash the rice until the water becomes completely transparent. Pour the washed rice with cold water in the proportion of 1 part of rice and 3 parts of water, and then put on fire. First, bring the rice to a boil over high heat, then close it with a lid, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook another 10-15 minutes. After that, turn off the heat and leave the rice under the lid for about 5 more minutes.
- Next, you need to prepare a dressing for rice. For 200 g of raw rice, mix 1.5 tbsp. l rice vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1.5 tsp Sahara. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Pour the finished dressing into a bowl of rice and mix gently with a wooden spoon or spatula. Everything must be done very carefully so as not to damage the rice and not turn them into porridge.
- After this, we proceed to the preparation of vegetables. Peel the cucumbers and take out the inside. For rolls, we need only crisp flesh. Then we cut the avocado, take out the stone and with the help of a tablespoon we take out the pulp from the peel. Prepared cucumber and avocado cut into thin strips. We cut the fish into thin slices. Next, wrap the mat in several layers of cling film and lay on it a sheet of nori with the rough side down.
- Wet hands in acidified lemon or vinegar water and begin to gently spread rice on nori. We level the rice over the entire surface, not reaching the far edge of about 1 cm. On the near edge, on the contrary, we spread the rice so that it protrudes by 1 cm beyond the nori sheet.
- Next, gently turn the nori sheet with rice down. In the middle of the leaf, distribute the Philadelphia cheese, and then lay the chopped cucumber and avocado to it. Too many toppings should not be laid out, because in this case the roll will not fold as it should.
- After that, we begin to roll the roll using the mat. Strong pressure is not necessary. Give the roll a square or round shape.
- Then spread the thinly sliced fish lap on top and once again fold everything together with the help of a mat to fix the fish.
- Wet the knife in acidified water and cut the roll in half. Then we wipe the knife and wet it again in acidified water. This must be done after each cut. Next, cut each part in half to get 4 pieces. And finally, each of these pieces is also cut in half. Put the finished dish on a plate and serve on the table with soy sauce, wasabi horseradish and pickled ginger. Enjoy your meal.
