Step cooking

  1. Kefir (250-280 ml) is slightly warmed to a warm state and pour into a deep bowl. Pour dry yeast (1 teaspoon) and sugar (80 grams) into kefir. Mix well with a whisk.
    We add yeast to warm kefir.
  2. Beat in a bowl of chicken egg (1 piece) and pour the melted butter (50 grams). Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk.

  3. In the sifted flour (500 grams) add salt (1/2 teaspoon) and mix gently.

  8. Put the dough on the work surface and gently knead. Divide the dough with a knife into 16 equal parts.
