Ingredients
- Chicken stock - 1 L
- Rice for risotto - 300 g
- Oyster mushrooms - 100 g
- Shallot - 1 pcs.

- Peeled tomatoes in juice - 1 can
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Butter - 100 g
- Cream cheese - 2 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Chop shallots. Cook the broth in advance with boiled chicken.
- Place the onions in the pan. Add olive oil. Fry, stirring, for about 2 minutes.
- Immediately add the pic. Fry everything with onions for about 1-2 minutes. Add a few spoons of the broth from the pan to the pan to practically cover the rice.
- Put a few twigs of thyme. Constantly stir the risotto.
- Beat a can of tomato with a blender.
- If necessary, add a little broth and immediately add the tomatoes. Salt the risotto to taste.
- Add butter and chopped garlic to another pan.
- Add oyster mushrooms. We take the chicken out of the broth, cut it a little and add it to the pan.
- Add rosemary and salt. Finely chop the garlic, add it to the risotto. Chicken with mushrooms while roasted separately.
- If necessary, add cream cheese to the risotto, mix. Add a little butter.
- Add pepper and mix. Put the risotto on a plate in the center. We put a chicken, oyster mushrooms on top, sprinkle everything with herbs or decorate as desired.

Making risotto - This is a real culinary dance when you need to follow all the rules and make the dish as tasty as possible. Of course, in cooking, you need to relate to any dish. The taste of risotto in itself is extremely memorable. Cream cheese and tomato mass with spices and herbs give ordinary rice an incredible taste. If you do not have cream cheese - you can add parmesan or any other cheese to your taste and desire.
Tomato mass in this recipe is needed to regulate acidity. If it is not, white wine is usually added - so you can add it at will. But you do not need to add both! It is possible to decorate risotto in different ways, but it is best to put some grated hard cheese and any greens on top of the risotto. Parsley is ideal.
