Step cooking
- Pour the flour into a deep plate and gradually pour milk into it, mixing everything well.
- Add eggs and mix well, making sure the yolk mixes well. Salt the dough.
- We put the pan on the fire and pour the sunflower oil into it.
- It will be a lot, this should not be scared. We take a scoop and carefully pour the dough in the form of small cakes. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Tips
- You can take for the recipe wheat flour in equal proportions with rice.
- Cooked hot rice cakes can be sprinkled on top with grated cheese, which will melt and turn your dish into a delicious snack.
- If you are cooking rice cakes for the first time, then add flour gradually so that you have the right consistency.
- There are people with lactose intolerance; they can make cakes without milk. To do this, mix 2.5 cups of rice flour with 0.5-1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. Next, stir 1 egg in 200 ml of water and pour into the flour. Lubricate your hands well with vegetable oil and knead the dough, allowing it to rest for 20 minutes. Divide the resulting dough into 5-6 parts and roll each into a thin cake on a flour dusted board. Fry each cake on both sides in a dry frying pan without oil until it is browned. When ready, grease each cake with melted sunflower oil. A side dish of minced meat can be wrapped inside, or you can serve a cake just with soup.
