- Round rice - 1 stack.

Step cooking
- For the preparation of rice flour, be sure to take round varieties of rice. It contains more starch, which favorably affects the quality of the dough. Take 1 stack. round rice and rinse it in 2-2.5 liters of cold water.
- Change the water until it is completely clear.
- After that, fill the rice with 0.5 l of cold water and leave to soak for at least 1 hour. It is better to let the rice stand for 5-6 hours.
- After soaking, transfer the rice into a sieve and leave for 20 minutes to ensure that the glass has excess liquid.
- Transfer the rice to a clean kitchen towel in 1 layer and let the rice dry. It should appear slightly damp to the touch, but not wet.
- Send the prepared rice to a coffee grinder and grind to a state of flour.
- Pour the resulting flour into a pan and dry with constant stirring until the flour becomes friable and stops forming into a lump.
- Sift the dried flour through a fine sieve, and grind the remaining pieces again in a coffee grinder.
- It is advisable to immediately use the resulting flour for cooking or store it in a cool, dry place under the lid. Use rice flour to make cookies, muffins, pancakes or biscuits, as well as all kinds of breading.
