Chicken fillet 400 g
Carrot 1 PC.
Bell pepper 1 PC.
Fresh cucumber 1 PC.
Soy sauce 3 tbsp. l
French mustard 1 tbsp. l
Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. l
Salt 1 tsp
Water 1,5 l
Vegetable oil 40-50 g
For this recipe, use vegetables of approximately the same weight so that only one ingredient does not clog the taste of the dish.

Step cooking

  1. We wash 400 g of chicken fillet, cut into small pieces, send to a bowl.
    Cut the chicken into pieces.
  2. Pour fillet with soy sauce, 3 tablespoons are enough, and mix well. Leave to marinate for half an hour.
    Pickle chicken in soy sauce.
  3. We rinse the bell pepper, remove the seeds and the stalk, and cut into thin strips.

  4. We send the pan to the fire, pour 20-30 g of vegetable oil, heat and pour pepper. Fry over high heat for just a couple of minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.

  5. Pour pepper into a separate bowl.
    We shift the pepper to a separate plate.
  6. We clean the medium carrots, rinse, cut into strips. If you wish, you can grate it for Korean carrots. We send the carrots to the same pan in which the pepper was fried, without adding vegetable oil.
    Sliced ​​carrots or grated on a Korean grater, fry the carrots in a dry pan.
  7. We cut one fresh medium-sized cucumber into thin strips and send it to the carrots. Fry over high heat, constantly stirring until soft.

  8. We send carrots to pepper.
    We also shift the carrots with the cucumber on a plate.
  9. Pour the pickled meat into the same pan, fry it for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. During this time, the meat will turn white. We leave the finished meat and start cooking rice noodles.
    Now separately fry the chicken.
  10. Pour 1.5 liters of water into a deep pan. Once it boils, add 1 tsp. salt and 150 g of rice noodles. Stir so that the noodles do not stick together. Cooking rice noodles - 10 minutes. But to be precise, read the instructions on the packaging of rice noodles, the exact time of its cooking will be indicated there.

  11. Fried vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers) are sent to the meat pan. Mix, simmer for a few seconds.
    Add all the vegetables to the chicken in the pan, mix.
  12. Then add the finished noodles, mix all the ingredients. Without stopping mixing, wait until it boils, simmer for 30 seconds and remove from heat. The dish is ready, we can serve. Pour into portioned plates and pour teriyaki sauce or ordinary soy. You can cook another one, which is suitable not only for this dish, but also for any other meat.
    Add noodles to vegetables, mix.
  13. In a convenient dish, we mix one tablespoon of French mustard, one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and one tablespoon of olive oil.
