Ingredients
- Cooked chickpeas - 300 g
- Olive oil - 30-40 ml
- Sesame oil - 20 ml
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - 2 pinches
- Zira - 2-3 pinches
Step cooking
- Open a jar of Turkish boiled chickpeas (capacity 300 grams) and filter it through a sieve. We put the chickpeas in a glass for a blender. Add a little marinade, in which the peas were clogged. We need some moisture to chop peas in a blender.
- Salt the chickpeas with two pinches of salt right in the glass.
- Here, in a glass with chickpeas, add 30-40 ml of olive oil, and then 20 ml of sesame oil. If you have sesame paste, then instead of sesame oil, you can use a teaspoon with a slide of such paste.
- We peel one large clove of garlic, wash it, chop it with a knife on a cutting board and place it in a glass with chickpea.
- Then we take a little fresh zira, put it in a bag, beat off with a meat hammer. Shredded zira in the amount of 2-3 pinches is added to the glass to the rest of the ingredients.
- Turn on the blender and grind the components in a glass until a homogeneous pasty mass. Hummus is ready to be served.

- You can boil fresh beets in their skins, peel it, cut into small pieces, add to hummus. The dish will acquire a beautiful pink color and a subtle taste of beets.
