Kitchen appliances and utensils
- blender
- knife;
- cutting board;
- a set of containers of different volumes.
Ingredients
- Basil - 1 bunch (large)
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive oil - 5 tbsp. l
- Parmesan Cheese - 30 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l
- Salt - 1 tbsp. l
- Sugar - 1 tbsp. l
- Peanuts - 50 g
Step cooking
- Using a blender, grind basil leaves and nuts. The original recipe includes pine nuts, but with peanuts the taste will not get worse, on the contrary - even better. Peanuts should be fried in a pan in advance. Grind to a thick, uniform consistency.
- In the resulting mass, add 2 cloves of peeled garlic and 50 g of parmesan. If you do not have Parmesan, then it is better to skip this product and not replace Parmesan with any hard cheese. We also grind all the ingredients to a state of thick sour cream.
- Next, add all the liquid ingredients: lemon juice and olive oil, as well as spices to your taste.
- Grind the mass for 2-3 minutes at an average blender speed. If you do not use the whole sauce at once, then you can freeze it for later. Just transfer the sauce to the ice tins and send it to the freezer. Enjoy your meal!
