Ingredients
Red fish fillet (or whatever else you like) | 800 g |

Vegetable oil | 2 - 3 tbsp. l |
Egg | 1 PC. |

Sour cream (for sauce) | 300 g |
Mustard | 50 - 100 g |
A tomato | 1 PC. |
Bread / roll | 200 - 400 g |
Milk | 300 - 400 ml |
Spices (paprika, salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic, rosemary) | Taste |

Step cooking
- We prepare all the ingredients for the cutlets. Separate the fillet from the skin (you can use a knife, you can use a spoon, as you wish).
- Soak a bun in milk. 2 - 3 tbsp. l grated buns.
- We pass the fish fillet through a meat grinder. Through a meat grinder we pass a bun soaked in milk and add it to the minced fish.
- We clean the tomato from the seeds and chop it finely. Add to the stuffing. It will add juiciness, brightness and taste to our stuffing.
- Add spices (paprika, salt, pepper or a mixture of peppers, garlic and be sure to add nutmeg to any minced meat).
- Add one egg. Mix everything thoroughly
- We put the pan on medium heat. Pour on it 2 - 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil and pour 100 g of butter. We are waiting for the butter to melt.
- Finely chop two onions. When the butter is melted, pour the onion into the pan and fry a little. About 6 minutes.
- We wait until the onion cools down a bit, and add it to the minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly again.
- We wet our hands in cold water and form cutlets. Bread them in flour or breadcrumbs.
- Pour and heat vegetable oil into the pan over medium heat. Fry our patties on both sides, about one minute on each side.
- While the cutlets are fried, preheat the oven to 180º C. Put the cutlets in a mold, do not lubricate it with anything.
- Mix sour cream and mustard. Add a little water to make the sauce liquid. Add 1 - 3 pinches of ground or fresh rosemary. Mix our sauce well. It will add flavor and juiciness to future patties.
- Pour our cutlets with sauce.
- Sprinkle them with a grated bun. Sprinkle abundantly.
- Sent in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
- After we got our patties out of the oven, you can sprinkle them with lemon juice a little. It can also be done directly on a plate. Sprinkle with fresh herbs. Our cutlets are ready. You can call guests or treat your loved ones. Enjoy your meal.
