- In a deep container, mix chopped walnuts with chopped shortbread cookies, mix thoroughly.
Chocolate Mix Preparation
- Pour three tablespoons of granulated sugar, two tablespoons of cocoa powder into a small stewpan, mix in such a way as to break the lumps of cocoa and combine the components.
- Pour three tablespoons of milk there, mix until smooth.
- We put the stewpan on a slow fire, bring the mixture to a boil, while constantly stirring it. In this process, the sugar should completely dissolve, the mixture will be homogeneous and thick. Remove the finished glaze from the heat and let it cool slightly.
- After that, add 100 grams of softened butter to the still hot mixture and mix everything, thereby dissolving the oil. We should have a thick and viscous consistency.
Component assembly and product formation
- Dry ingredients (mixed nuts and biscuits) are introduced into the stewpan with chocolate mass in portions, between things thoroughly mixing everything with a spoon.
- On a cutting board we line a dense cling film.
- We spread the whole mixture on it, wrap it in a film, thereby forming an oblong and accurate sausage.
- In addition, we wrap the sweet sausage in foil and send it to the refrigerator for several hours.
- Cut the finished dessert into portioned pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
