Ingredients
- Dark Chocolate - 75 g
- Butter - 60 g
- Chicken Egg - 1 pc.
- Powdered Sugar - 50 g
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Wheat flour - 55 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step cooking
- Drive 1 chicken egg into a deep container, add 50 g of powdered sugar and 1 pinch of vanillin. Mix the entire contents of the container with a whisk until smooth.
- We take 75 g of dark chocolate (it is advisable to take chocolate, which contains at least 70% cocoa) and divide it into pieces of medium size in order to make it easier to melt. The crushed pieces of chocolate are placed in a medium-sized bowl.
- There we add 50 g of butter.
- We put a bowl with butter and chocolate on a pan or ladle with water and melt its contents in a water bath.
- The melted chocolate is slightly cooled and portioned into the egg mixture, thoroughly mixing everything together with a whisk.
- After that, add 55 g of wheat flour and 1 pinch of salt to the egg-chocolate mixture.
- Mix everything thoroughly, getting rid of lumps.
- We carefully lubricate the cupcake molds with butter and fill with chocolate dough to the brim (do not be afraid to fill the form with dough, since it will practically not rise during baking).
- We put the forms with the dough into the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 7 minutes. The readiness of the fondant can be defined as follows: it should rise slightly and harden from above (it may even begin to crack), but when you press it with your finger it should not be tight, but slightly spring (that is, remain liquid inside).
- Let the fondant cool slightly so that it can be removed from the mold, and then put it on a serving dish, turning it upside down.
- The dessert is ready, bon appetit!
Decoration and serving
Chocolate fondant should be consumed almost immediately after preparation, so that it does not have time to cool. Serving it is recommended with a scoop of ice cream. Additionally, you can decorate such a cake with powdered sugar and a sprig of fresh mint.
