Ingredients
Product | amount |
Medium sized pike | 1 PC. |
Vegetable oil | 50 ml |
Seasoning for fish | taste |
A tomato | 1 PC. |
Rosemary | 1-2 branches |
Salt | taste |
Step cooking
- To begin with, we clean and cut the fish, remove the insides, cut off the head and fins.
- We line the baking sheet with foil. Please note: the foil should be longer than the baking sheet, otherwise it will be inconvenient to wrap the fish. Put the fish on the foil.
- Top with vegetable oil.
- Salt well and sprinkle with seasoning for the fish. You can use both purchased and collections of certain spices, cooked by hand.
- Turn the fish over, and on the other hand, rub it with the oil remaining on the foil, also salt and sprinkle with seasonings.
- Cut the tomato into slices.
- We put one or two sprigs of rosemary in the belly of pike (depending on size) and stuff with slices of tomatoes.
- Wrap it carefully in foil so that all the juices remain inside.
- We put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the capacity of the oven itself. 5 minutes before readiness, open the foil on top so that the pike is slightly browned and a crispy crust forms. It is very important not to overdo it, otherwise the fish may be dry. When the pike is browned, take out, serve and serve. Enjoy your meal.
